Music Theatre Program
The Music Theater Program at TVCS prides itself in producing excellence in each musical production. Past productions include Annie, Hello Dolly, Guys and Dolls, Beauty and the Beast, Bye Bye Birdie, Cinderella, and more.
In order to perform musicals of the highest of quality an extensive rehearsal schedule is required. Fall musicals take place on campus and are open to all 5th - 8th graders. 6th - 8th graders rehearse the Fall musical through their elective class during the school day. After school rehearsals will take place during 'Tech Week'. Spring musical rehearsals take place two to three times per week from 3-5pm. All students involved are required to attend all rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances.
Spring musicals are open to all TVC students! All Prescott students are welcome to audition. Students are welcome to audition.
Students 5th - 8th grade are welcome to audition for stage manager/ hand. These students primarily assist the with moving props, sets, working lights/ sound, etc. Any student interested in auditioning as stage hand must fill out an audition form and get at least one recommendation from either a former teacher or family friend.
